The aim of the week was to help our students realise and fulfil their future goals. Additionally, we demonstrated the commitment for inspiring our students to ensure they leave school with the drive and ambition to accomplish their chosen career pathway.

Over the course of the week Mr. Connell arranged for a number of visiting speakers to deliver a series of assemblies, this included The Fire & Rescue Service, MTC Liverpool, The University of Sheffield, UniLever and The Bank of England. Alongside the assemblies, a series of organisations provided a range of drop-in sessions for students, including University of Liverpool, University of Chester, Mploy, Wirral Metropolitan College, Edge Hill University, ISL and Job Centre Plus.

These sessions allowed students an opportunity to ask questions about potential educational routes on offer and the skills that employers are looking for. Finally, all students took part in another careers-related task from UniFrog's Blended Learning Programme in PSHE and engaged with the latest careers planner with a whole host of exciting opportunities highlighted. A big thank you to all our visiting speakers for their contribution and making the week such a success!
